Ensure that all hygiene, sanitation and food safety policies are being implemented and maintained.
Ensure all food and beverages prepared and served with the highest levels of food safety in compliance with local regulations and brand standards.
Conduct weekly and monthly audits to ensure compliance with government and brand standards.

NiteliklerQualificationsYour experience and skills include:

Degree in Related Departments of Universities
Min. B1 level of proficiency at English
Experience in Hospitality Industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly responsible and reliable personality
