
HR Executive - Performance Management

- Assist in the design and execution of the company’s performance management strategy.
- Coordinate and support periodic performance appraisal processes (e.g., mid-year and annual reviews).
- Monitor performance KPIs and generate regular reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and propose development plans.
- Assist in the implementation of goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs or KPIs).
- Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on performance management tools and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and retention through performance recognition initiatives.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure fair and consistent application of performance-related policies.
- Contribute to HR analytics projects by collecting and analyzing performance data.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in performance management.
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities such as Economics, Business Administration, etc.,
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in performance management or talent development.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS and performance management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluent in English;
