- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for salaried roles across various META countries-intake, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer.
- Act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across key markets and disciplines, using market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Champion Goodyear's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in local and regional talent markets, ensuring consistent, compelling candidate messaging.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, managing communications, feedback loops, and interview logistics with precision and care.
- Drive process efficiency and compliance using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and adhering to local labor laws and internal audit standards.
- Analyze and track recruitment performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, agency usage, etc.) to continuously improve outcomes.
- Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects, including technology upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting team growth across the META region.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage international recruitment across a variety of META markets.
- Proven ability to build trust, engage diverse stakeholders, and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in both English & Turkish are required; any additional language competence, such as Arabic, is nice to have
- Deep understanding of the META talent landscape, cultural nuances, and local hiring regulations.
