Pernod Ricard Türkiye is looking for a Sales Management Trainee – Off Trade to join our Shake Your Future MT Program and gain hands-on field experience in the heart of our commercial operations!ABOUT THE ROLEAs a key member of our Sales team, you will take an active role in managing and developing customer relationships, driving business growth in the Off Trade (Traditional Channel), and supporting key sales projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth market knowledge, sharpen your commercial skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful sales career.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily field visits with Sales Representatives, Supervisors, and Area Managers in the Off Trade / Traditional Channel.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, supporting volume growth and brand visibility under the guidance of Sales Supervisors.
- Monitor and support distributor operations, helping to ensure best-in-class market execution.
- Lead and support field projects aimed at improving sales performance and operational excellence.
- Perform market analysis and SWOT assessments during field visits, reporting key insights and opportunities to management.
- Present quarterly commercial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Track competitor activities, customer dynamics, and evolving market trends to inform field strategies.
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant fields from a reputable university.
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Trade Marketing roles.
- Previous exposure to FMCG, Off Trade sales channels, or internships in related areas is a strong plus.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for sales.
- Self-driven, highly proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Eager to spend time in the field and build strong customer connections.
- Solid analytical thinking, ability to derive actionable insights from market observations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written & spoken).
- Valid B class driving license is mandatory.
- Flexibility to travel within Istanbul and surrounding areas with a field-first mindset.
- Motivation to pursue a long-term career in sales within an international company.
