Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product/campaign success and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and delegate multi-channel growth strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Make different kind of campaigns or launch product to increase B2C revenue Follow campaign performance and provide regular reports to the manager with actionable insights and recommendations • Strong communication skills, can effectively communicate with stakeholders in different roles and levels • Are a good team player, cooperative, and can resolve potential conflicts productively
