- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
- Knowledgeable and well versed in CC&SC processes and procedures, experience in CC&SC.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- SAP knowledge is required.
- Proven time management skills and a good understanding of SCM.
- Result oriented and team player.
- Ability to have strong planning and organizational skills.
- Comfortable to work in a cross-cultural environment with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks.
- Skilled in Administration/Management and project oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
- Develop and implement models, strategies and/or processes to optimize the Customer Care&Supply Chain function.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the Customer Care&Supply Chain function.
- Oversee the functional development for local teams by testing and implementing the needed solution and to validate that the outcome satisfies the common KPI’s requirements.
- Support and be active for all project implementation related to CC&SC and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and involved in planning and provide that the expectations are managed.
- Depending on the work environment, lead or be an active participant of work groups with the need for specialized knowledge.
- Monitor closely project plans and risks and conduct change control where necessary.
- Train and support the teams for the new project implementations with providing the guidance.
- Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area when needed.
