- Designing and implementing pricing strategies for banking products and services based on market conditions and customer segments.
- Planning and executing revenue-boosting campaigns and communication activities to enhance fee and commission income.
- Setting short- and long-term income targets and monitoring performance on a regular basis.
- Conducting customer analytics and segmentation studies to identify untapped revenue potential and develop tailored action plans.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Digital Channels, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment with overall bank strategy.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of all pricing and commission practices across the bank.
- Coordinating reference pricing models and transaction volume targets for transaction banking products.
- Leading data-driven initiatives (e.g. EFT-to-wire transfer conversion, campaign design to deepen client relationships, etc.).
- Annual growth rate in fee & commission revenues
- Average revenue per customer
- Implementation rate of new pricing strategies
- Campaign impact on transaction volume and revenue
- Effectiveness of segment-based action plans
- Strong knowledge of banking products and revenue structures
- Experience in pricing, analytics, or campaign management
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results orientation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks is a plus
- Fluency in English and Turkish
