- Must have “Hotel Marketing” experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Build Marketing & Digital yearly plan and budget covering all marketing channels, digital levers, and brand momentum
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media, display, metasearch, OTA advertising
- Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the sales and events teams to create targeted campaigns that attract and retain guests.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and services.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the hotel's marketing strategies current and effective.
