General Manager

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plans,
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets,
• Manage all phases of real estate development projects - from land acquisition to project delivery and sales,
• Lead investment decision-making through sound analysis and foresight,
• Oversee project, sales & marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations,
• Strengthen the company's corporate structure and support sustainable growth initiatives,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, investors, and other stakeholders,
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all construction projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field,
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry,
• At least 5 years in a General Manager or senior executive leadership role,
• Proven track record in business development across both domestic and international markets,
• Strong expertise in project financing, investment analysis, and feasibility studies,
• Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making skills,
• Expertise in financial management and budget control.
• Fluent in English,
• Willingness to travel as needed.
