- Determine white spaces in the market and identify further source of growth
- Lead Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) process of the brand
- Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Responsible for the local adaptation/ development of advertising creative material; implement media recommendation
- Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for product(s)
- Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
- Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing objectives
- Manage PPP budget for product(s) and ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Provide projects to increase the awareness of the brand both in media and on the field
- Manage pricing strategy and margin mix with relevant teams
- 4 years' university degree
- Min 7 years of experience in product management/brand development ideally within Cosmetic or Personal Care industry
- Team Management
- Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
