- Bachelor's degree
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain-Call Center-Complaint Management- After Sales
- Knowledge of automotive related industries is a plus
- Effective communication skills in both written and oral
- Ability to work in a team: support team goals, and take initiative
- Preferably proficiency in relevant SAP R3 transactions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English
- Military service should be completed for male candidates.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by driving company and supply chain strategy in all dealings with Goodyear customers
- Provide support in resolving customer claims/issues, and benefit from opportunitiesto increase the quality of our service
- Execute claim processing, cross-functional coordinationfor swift and complete resolutionof all customer claims/QM (QualityManagement)notifications
- Process all return inquiries in the QM returnmanagement module, liaising with sales and supply chainto get required approvals
- Manage performance measurement tools and follow-up KPI's throughappropriate tools/ systems
- Actively responsible to lead, support and contribute local/regional projects implementation to improve and simplify theprocesses
