- University degree MIS, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields, master degree is an asset,
- Minimum 2 years of job experience in business applications (ERP, CRM, Sales Force Automation, mobile applications, etc.) either as a developer or consultant,
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle,
- Proven experience in relational database systems and query languages (PL/SQL, T-SQL),
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Quality-oriented, task-conscious,
- Open to change and development,
- Working in cooperation and compliance,
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and top-notch negotiation skills,
- Have strong business follow-up and control skills.
- Responsible for supporting, maintaining, implementing and enhancing various line of business applications and vendors,
- Act as a primary liaison with vendor support on all issues,
- Work closely with business units (especially marketing and sales teams) to fulfill their business requirements,
- Participate in testing of new functions associated with business applications including integration with other applications,
- Management of incident and problem processes,
- Performing test and integration cycles of field applications,
- Produce user and system documentation.
