- Oversee the company's business continuity plans; organize and report emergency response training and drills.
- Ensure that office facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained by managing maintenance, repairs, and renovations, while overseeing training and documentation on environmental sustainability and workplace safety (EHS).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, guest visits, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage all end-to-end processes related to company vehicle fleet, including tenders, leasing, contracts, delivery, extension, and documentation.
- Execute indirect procurement processes through SAP, including purchase order creation, invoice verification, classification, and accounting entries.
- Allocate operational and personnel-related costs to the appropriate cost centers, support cost analysis for insurance, transportation, and other employee expenses.
- Track supplier accounts and conduct reconciliations when necessary; ensure services (transportation, cleaning, security, etc.) meet company standards in terms of cost and quality.
- Administer employee-related operational tasks such as onboarding processes (meal cards, insurance, car allocation), and health/life/pension insurance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree from a relevant department of a recognized university,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office management, facility operations, or administrative affairs,
- Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and cost allocation,
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred,
- Strong skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation,
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,
- Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul, proactive, and a strong team player,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
