- Design and implement an effective RTM strategy to improve the availability and visibility of Walls Ice Cream across all channels (e.g., retail, HoReCa, modern trade, traditional trade, etc.).
- Innovate new RTM models, such as direct-to-consumer (D2C), eB2B platforms, and partnerships to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with the GTM team to align RTM strategies with broader sales and distribution objectives
- Explore and deploy innovative distribution models (e.g., last-mile delivery, OOH sales optimization, route-based technology) to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer expectations.
- Leverage advanced data analytics and digital tools to streamline RTM operations and unlock new growth opportunities. Improve, define and build seamless programs & themes in OOH business including our Re-imagining discontinuities & workstreams as a vital enabler to drive engagement for our OOH sales & field teams across Business Units to help grow faster & spread smiles to customers and provide the best experience to our customers.
- Influence the relevant stakeholders (internally within Global OOH team and marketing teams and externally within BUs & countries.
- Be the voice of the customer & shopper experience; collect & share all relevant insights and good practices to be an integral part of the programs.
- Drive an experimentation culture across markets, to test and learn fast new concepts & programs
- Work in close partnership with the marketing teams, OOH Re-imagining workstream teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, distribution, or supply chain roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in RTM strategy development, cabinet management, and channel optimization.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative and disruptive RTM solutions that drive growth.
- A track-record of translating insights & data into compelling stories for stakeholders with differing levels of experience
- Experience in developing strategy, ideally in multi-stakeholder set-ups and then leading teams to follow through on the strategy.
- Ability to build plans cross functionally working with internal central teams and countries from different BUs to drive effective outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive and influence strategic buy-in from stakeholders and business groups
- High resilience and a positive attitude, believe that nothing is impossible and do act proactively and independently
- Open & hungry to learn & absorb new insights, practices, ways of doing things
- Experience in engaging senior leaders, ideally in a multi-cultural context
- Comfortable working within a test & learn culture that’s known for speed, agility
- Analytical and data driven mind-set
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a multi-functional teams & stakeholders
- Project Management experience in Marketing will be a plus
