In our Smart Infrastructure (SI) E-Mobility (E) Business Unit in Istanbul, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and initiatives for overall eMobility (SI E) sales & marketing and business development (BD) topics.
Our customers; Charge Point Operators (CPO's), Truck and Bus Depots, Fleet Managements, Commercial Buildings, Municipalities and PortsWhat part will you play?
- Mainly being part of the new era on transportation via Siemens who is technology influencer. This role will cover sales activities and creating partnerships on different portfolios regarding Siemens guidelines.
- Ensure the implementation of Sales guidelines and set the sales targets for the assigned sales organization.
- Be always 1st with the customer in all manners.
- Able to turn challenges into opportunities, result-oriented and persistent in finding solutions
- Create new customers to eMobility.
- Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).
- Manage completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.
- Cooperate with Marketing, Customer Service and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
- Initiate and contribute to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
- Support strategic key customers' business development.
- University degree in Engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in sales and/or partner management
- Fluent English and Turkish in speaking and writing are a must.
- No restrictions for travelling to customers.
- Good understanding of the electro-mobility ecosystem, power distribution and IoT technologies
- Wide range of commercial and contractual experience including end-to-end bid management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage your own time effectively to achieve targets.
