- Manage operational activities in the lab including ingredient & expenditure stock replenishment, sample shipment coordination, equipment maintenance plans, Order ingredients to conduct lab trials etc.
- Support in the development of prototypes at lab scale
- Conduct laboratory analyses of ingredients and beverages.
- Measure analytical properties of prototypes
- Experimental work on formulation optimization and product quality improvement
- Ensure that samples and ingredients are properly labelled/stored, that safety guidelines are followed and help maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Filling accurately internal databases for stability tracking, formula database, project management tools.
- Conduct literature research and document the findings in a well-organized way
- Continuous curiosity on competition activities and strategy and trends in the category, identifying growth opportunities.
- Bachelor or Master students in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field of study
- Candidates must be enrolled with at least one year remaining of studies at university at the time of application
- Knowledge and working experience of laboratory activities, analytical instruments (pH, acidity, brix etc.)
- Able to come to the office at least 3 days a week.
- Mandatory English fluency
