Launch Engineer

- Bachelor's degree in engineering,( Preferably industrial engineer & mechanical engineer)
- 2-3 years' experience in the automotive industry (experienced in similar position will be an asset),
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Knowledge about IATF 16949 and core tools (APQP-FMEA-PPAP-SPC-MSA),
- Knowledge of structured problem solving skills,
- Experience & good knowledge of working in a launch, programme / project management, or new product introduction environment,
- Preferably experienced in trim process,
- Experience of working with OEM customers,
- Good organizational, communication skills and prone to teamwork,
- Logical approach to issues, with high attention to detail,
- Dynamic approach,
- No restrictions to travel in and abroad and have driving license.
- Leading & coordinating all business functions with the objective of achieving flawless product launches, on time, to cost targets, with achievement of quality targets and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction,
- Leading and supporting meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project,
- Completion and realization of launch plans for the new programmes from RFQ Phase to SOP +90 days,
- Leading and managing RFQ process for new programmes and changes on current programmes,
- Reporting to Launch Coordinator.
