We are looking for a "After Sales Service Engineer" for our customer with German capital that we are consulting.Provide support for internal operational processes within the After-Sales Service DepartmentTrack service records, prepare reports, and coordinate customer requestsPerform data entry, monitoring, and documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office programsConduct site visits and provide technical support following the orientation periodMonitor service processes with a customer satisfaction-oriented approachManage technical service processes related to heating cooling systems and pump systemsEnsure that service operations are carried out in accordance with company proceduresShare technical feedback by collaborating effectively with internal and external teamsniteliklerExperienced or interested in service operations processesStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetProficient in SAP and MS Office programsKnowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and pump systemsExperience in relevant industries (HVAC, mechanical installations, technical service) is preferredAdvanced proficiency in EnglishDegree from an engineering faculty (preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering)
