Additionally, Sipay has earned certification in the Great Place to Work program, which highlights top employers each year.We are looking for a Project & Card Specialist for our growing Project & Card team.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field,
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in card/project processes,
Knowledge of prepaid card and walletgate flows,
Experience in the payment/electronic money industry is a must,
Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry,
Good command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of Walletgate projects,
End-to-end management of Cardgate projects,
Receiving development requests, evaluating them with relevant departments, and taking subsequent actions,
Managing card design, layout, and printing processes with card printing companies,
Managing BKM, Visa, and MasterCard processes (PIF, CNS, CPV, Acquiring, XBS)
Managing contract processes, delivering service proposals, and conducting meetings with the legal department,
Customer communication, providing integration support, and resolving project deficiencies with the Product unit,
Managing financial reports, analysis, and settlement file management Obtaining settlement reports and reconciling with customers,
Extracting monthly base reports and submitting them to management,
Preparing the monthly project monitoring document and sharing it with all departments in mid-month,
End-to-end management of Issuer & Acquiring processes.
