- Ideally, at least five years of previous working experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or Project Manager,
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Software Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or related disciplines is preferred,
- Experience in A/B testing,
- Experience in UX/UI in both web and mobile products,
- Proficiency in SQL is a nice to have,
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles is a plus.
- Benchmark direct and indirect competitor activities,
- Analyzing and interpreting data to measure and analyze user adoption of product features,
- Work closely with engineering teams and product design teams to manage all stages of the product development process,
- Creates mock-ups, communicates user journeys and gives strategic briefs to UI / UX upon the pain points or expected benefit we are seeking before design process starts,
- Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
