
Business Development Specialist

- Work with Energy group in existing projects,
- Continually drive, improve and lead business plans in line with group agenda, as part of team,
- Conduct research for potential projects in Turkey and international market, related to the missions of the group,
- Demonstrate ability to identify business development opportunities, create and follow leads,
- Manage your time in sharp and effort, contribute to the group, through “management by business objectives” model,
- Bachelor's degree (preferably from Business Administration, Economics and Chemical or Mechanical Engineering),
- Command of written and spoken English ,
- MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus,
- Between 2-5 years of experience in a market-driven position; in sales and business development responsibilities in reputable companies,
- Highly-responsible, good at capturing the big picture, learner mindset personality,
- Good at teamwork, communication and coordination, analytical thinking, highly motivated, result and detail-oriented,
- Advanced command of MS Office 365 covering, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
