Introduction of new business models and customer requirements
Dimensioning and planning of the warehouse, particularly its layout
Participation in tenders, contract awards, and planning of warehouse relocations
Implementation of process training for external service providers
Participation in the development of warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape
Application of CIP methodology for continuous improvement of process quality
Responsibility for meeting key performance indicators (Bosch Distribution Standard KPIs)
Development of corrective measures in case of KPI deviations, ensuring implementation and monitoring sustainability

Qualifications

University degree in Economics or equivalent education
Profound understanding of logistical processes
Ability to work in an international team
Confident and cooperative manner when working with related departments and external service providers
Excellent communication skills
Outcome-oriented work approach
Good knowledge of the ERP system SAP and MS Office
Willingness to travel (within working hours)
Extensive professional experience
Business fluency in English (C1 level)
