QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a “Business Development Specialist” for our multinational client.We are looking for a responsible and learner mindset, Business Development Specialist to join Energy Group (Oil & Gas) in Istanbul Branch office.Job Description:

Work with Energy Group in existing projects,
Continually drive, improve and lead business plans in line with group agenda, as part of team,
Conduct research for potential projects in Turkey and international market, related to the missions of the group,
Demonstrate ability to identify business development opportunities, create and follow leads,
Manage your time in sharp and effort, contribute to the group, through “management by business objectives” model,

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably from Business Administration, Economics and Chemical or Mechanical Engineering),
Command of written and spoken English ,
MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus,
Between 2-5 years of experience in a market-driven position; in sales and business development responsibilities in reputable companies,
Highly-responsible, good at capturing the big picture, learner mindset personality,
Good at teamwork, communication and coordination, analytical thinking, highly motivated, result and detail-oriented,
Advanced command of MS Office 365 covering, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
