Head of Sales – Essential Home

- Own the commercial planning and execution of the Essential Home portfolio across all retail channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, eCommerce, and Distributors).
- Translate brand and category strategies into channel and customer-specific execution plans, ensuring alignment with the annual business plan (ABP).
- Lead the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with top customers, building long-term partnerships and mutual value creation.
- Manage and track sales performance, market share, and consumption data, and take corrective actions where needed.
- Optimize trade spend efficiency and ROI across pricing, promotions, and in-store activation plans.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, career development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure operational excellence and forecast accuracy.
- Drive channel-specific innovations and identify growth opportunities in underpenetrated segments and geographies.
- Champion a culture of accountability, speed, and customer obsession.
- Proven commercial leadership experience in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced industry.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, key accounts, or trade marketing roles; experience in managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Strong P&L management, analytical skills, and the ability to link strategy with execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen, customer understanding, and entrepreneurial mindset.
