- Regular customer visits to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Analyze customers' needs within their installed base. Consult customers with the target to grow Körber Technologies service business
- Keep the Körber Technologies Sales and Service organization informed about market potentials
- Prepare customer/project specific documents (presentations, quotations, agreements, contracts, etc.) with support from the Business Unit Services at Körber Technologies headquarters in Hamburg
- Follow up on open customer topics, monitor monthly order intake and turnover, quarterly planning and reports for the key accounts
- Collaborate/ communicate with Account Managers in quoting and sales process for service products; support them on an as-needed basis
- Oversee the implementation of service products at customer sites
- Follow up on projects from offer creation to invoicing and payment
- Handle customer complaints to the satisfaction of our customers
- Monitor competitors and provide suggestions for appropriate measures
- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with a strong technical background
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in companies with a global matrix structure
- Background and experience in industrial asset management (preferable)
- Strong sales and/or services experience in a maintenance/services environment within the capital goods industry
- Background and experience in the tobacco industry (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
- Ability to analyze complex situations
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English is a must; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently within Türkiye and the assigned region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of SAP (preferable)
- Completed or exempt from military service (for male candidates)
