- Design and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with DP World's global vision and regional objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing national sales team across all freight modes (Air, Sea, Land, Multimodal).
- Set ambitious sales targets, budgets, and KPIs to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Oversee the full sales cycle-from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Personally engage in high-stakes negotiations and complex tender/RFP/RFQ responses.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and predictable performance.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and anticipate industry trends.
- Foster strategic partnerships and manage key accounts to ensure long-term profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular performance reports and commercial insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
- 5-7 years in senior sales leadership (e.g., Head of Sales, National Sales Manager).
- Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Strong experience in negotiating high-value, multi-year contracts with enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) for pipeline and performance management.
