Job Description Summary In this role you will ensure that storage and distribution activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice standards while supporting the demand plan to meet customer requirements. This role is critical for maintaining regulatory compliance and enabling reliable product availability.Job DescriptionLocation: Kurtköy, Istanbul, Turkey Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accesible for you.Key Responsibilities:Ensure warehouse operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice regulationsOversee and manage performance of outsourced warehouse partnersPrevent production delays by aligning warehouse activities with production plansMonitor compliance of outsourced warehouse operations with production schedulesIdentify and present cost-saving and development opportunities in warehouse operationsEssential Requirements:Education: University degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related technical fieldExperience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a GMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environmentCompliance: Proven ability to operate in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) standardsProcess Control: Ability to prevent production delays through proactive warehouse coordination and compliance trackingLanguage: Business-level proficiency in Turkish and EnglishSystem Familiarity: Knowledge of tools like SAP is preferredCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
