The Work, Rewards team is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through how they organize work and and how they reward their people.We help client develop strategies and design programs that address their rewards and related people needs, drive higher performance and add to the employee experience. We provide the data, tools, strategy, design and execution support essential to ensure organization's pay and other reward programs are cost effective and deliver the behavior and performance needed. In addition, we work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients.Responsible for delivering successful project to clients, the main activities of these projects include: creating total rewards strategies, career frameworks and job levelling, salary benchmarking, rewards structures, variable pay design, sales incentives, fair pay, etc. In our Work, RewardsTeam, you will experience an international, high demanding and high energy environment. As an Associate Work, Rewards & Career you will help our clients achieve future of work objectives while innovating for growth.The RoleAs an Associate Work, Rewards & Career you will be responsible for managing projects with our clients in Turkey regarding rewards strategy and programs, market analysis, Pay design, job architecture, career framework, job levelling with WTW specific methodologies, work strategy, skills organization etc. in an international and diverse atmosphere. As an Associate in our team, you will be

Focusing on quality through delivering the tasks, activities of the project, and checking/reviewing the deliverables for clients.
Focusing on analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Focusing on the client, their needs, the candidate needs to be able to build positive relationships with clients/ prospects through work interactions
Working collaboratively by conveying ideas, sharing issues and information with others in a fluent manner and providing constructive peer feedback
thinking ahead, suggesting new ways of working and working in a proactive way

The Requirements

6+ years of relevant experience preferably in an international work environment
Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or any other analytical focused Faculty degree
Preferably experience in Human Resources consulting
Ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
Fluent in English and Turkish
Proven Project Management skills
Ability to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
