
Sales Support Representative (Logistics & Tender Focused)

- Prepare and coordinate tender documents, gather necessary legal and technical documentation for submission.
- Follow up public procurement portals and tender deadlines.
- Support the sales team with quotation preparation, tracking, and order management.
- Coordinate delivery processes, customs operations, and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Track inventory, manage warehouse coordination, and report equipment stock levels.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers and internal teams throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Support invoicing processes and monitor customer payment statuses.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, service contracts, and warranty claims in internal systems (e.g., SAP).
- Liaise with logistics partners and customs brokers for import/export documentation and tracking.
- Assist with sales reporting, CRM data entry, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams for documentation, internal processes, and events such as fairs and customer meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support, tender operations, or logistics.
- Experience in dealing with public tenders and knowledge of Turkish tender regulations is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
