- Achieve regional sales targets (volume, turnover, collection, etc.) through effective distributor management and market execution.
- Lead and supervise day-to-day distributor field operations including order taking, delivery coordination, and stock control.
- Ensure perfect implementation of commercial marketing actions and visibility standards at point of sale.
- Build strong customer relationships with Traditional Channel clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities for regional expansion and performance improvement through data-driven insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and channel dynamics, taking proactive actions to secure Pernod Ricard’s market position.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Trade Marketing and Finance to align regional strategies.
- Lead, coach, and motivate distributor field teams, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and alignment with Pernod Ricard values.
- Represent Pernod Ricard’s brand portfolio with excellence in the field, ensuring brand presence and consumer availability across relevant touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar fields preferred)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Traditional Channel retail operations
- Field sales experience in managing distributor or dealer networks
- Knowledge of HoReCa and wholesale channels is a plus
- 3–5 years of total work experience, including at least 2 years in the FMCG sector, preferably in field sales roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Proven ability in customer relationship management and sales execution
- Experience in coaching and managing field teams (direct or indirect)
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and trends
