Building strong relationships with all stakeholders, understanding their data needs, and providing effective BI solutions to meet those needs.
Working closely with business units to manage and prioritize dashboard and reporting requests, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
Organizing training sessions, creating guides, and providing guidance to teams to support and develop a self-service BI culture.
Guiding the BI team and stakeholders on data modeling, data source selection, and technical configuration.
Conducting continuous optimization efforts to improve the performance and reliability of the existing dashboard and reporting infrastructure.
Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and related fields, and evaluating their applicability within the company.
Collaborating closely with Data Platform Data Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure the overall harmony and effectiveness of the data ecosystem.
Encouraging data-driven decision-making processes and providing insights that directly impact business outcomes.
Creating a strong environment of collaboration and learning within the team, and supporting the personal and professional development of team members.niteliklerBachelor's degree from a relevant university department.
At least 10 years of extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related fields, preferably acquired in the e-commerce sector.
A minimum of 8 years of management and leadership experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand complex business needs and develop solutions for them.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a solution-oriented approach.
The ability to offer better solutions to stakeholders instead of simply giving them what they directly ask for.
A recognized leader with team management, mentoring, and coaching skills, capable of motivating and developing team members.
Experience in a "digital native" environment and an aptitude for agile work principles.
In-depth knowledge and experience with cloud-based data platforms (especially AWS) and technologies.
Advanced proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development tools. (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferably, a foundational understanding of Data Engineering or Data Science.
