- Develop and manage strong relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXs and DEXs) globally.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Cypro Blockchain and exchange partners.
- Lead listing negotiations, partnership discussions, and onboarding processes with exchanges.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach through exchange integrations, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor, track, and report on exchange activities, trading performance, and partnership KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements to drive informed business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, compliance, and legal) to ensure smooth execution of exchange-related initiatives.
- Represent the company at blockchain, fintech, and crypto networking events to build and maintain industry relationships.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, Exchange Relations, or similar roles within blockchain/cryptocurrency.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and partnerships with crypto exchanges.
- Strong professional network with top-tier and mid-tier exchanges globally.
- Understanding of exchange listing processes, liquidity management, and token economics.
- Ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies.
