- Responsible for carrying out purchasing processes in accordance with standards
- Responsible for supplier selection and evaluation processes
- Act in compliance with Hotel procedures, budget targets, and legal requirements
- Responsible for price negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 1 year experience in similar position for a luxury hotel.
- Good communication skills both in English and Turkish
- Strong market knowledge
- Excellent command of MS Office and Material Control (MC)
- Compatible with teamwork and able to take an active role in the team
