- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all sales-related data necessary for an accurate reporting of consolidated business results.
- Supporting and providing the Sales Team with information vital to the decision-making process.
- Managing the yearly budget processes and adjustments.
- Assessing current sales transactions, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes.
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics with analysis.
- Controlling all sales is profitable and in line with or better than budgeted expectations.
- Developing, engaging and maintaining cross functional teamwork and driving communication between Optimas support teams.
- Responsible for system transactions to service customers: tracking order status, managing returns, maintaining customer data integrity, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and/or present proposals, reports and recommend analysis based on department's needs.
- Make critical decisions daily with the ability to develop root cause analysis.
- Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written.
- 3 or 4 years of experience preferred in automative sector (especially Ford and TTF)
- Advanced Excel ability with experience of using lookup functions and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English, as will be communicating with global teams and presenting results to management.
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientated.
- Experience in working in a large volume of data.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Highly motivated, high energy, 'can do' attitude, with a strong sense of urgency ensuring specified deadlines for work and/or reporting are met
- Positive attitude, problem solving, excellent organizational skills, attention to details
- Excellent time management and team working
