Project Finance Controller

• Supports the Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews. Responsible for preparing the project financial report.
• Has joint responsibility with the Project Manager for all Financial aspects of the project including estimate at completion and related Cost-to- complete, forecasted Revenues and Cash Flows, risks and opportunities assessment.
• Provides input to negotiations on commercial issues and input to global & local risk review process.
• Understanding & monitoring of all the project costs, coordinating with all the value chain.
• Following up time-sheets booking, ensuring project budget maintenance, current estimate update, reviewing risk and opportunities register
• Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant controlling & finance team, accounting center and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of responsibility
• Promotes commercial awareness in the project team and provides commercial input to the project execution plan (such as T&Cs in supply management, claims, back-to-back conditions)
• Supports the controlling team in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control.
• Supports the controlling team in month-end closings, budget preparations

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in project business or in a manufacturing unit,
• Hands on experience of working in SAP Modules FI, CO, MM, PP, PS,
• Well versed with Office 365 tools,
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach,
• Strong interpersonal communication skills,
• Good Command of English (written & spoken)
