  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with both short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
  • Partner with regional and global business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, providing recommendations to improve business performance and optimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis and business case development, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize return on investment across key business functions.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance on strategic projects, such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and market entry initiatives.
  • Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and supply chain, to improve overall financial performance and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, financial excellence, and professional development.
Position PurposeLead and coordinate designated commercial projects and finance issues for Türkiye in order to enable the business to make well informed decisions and ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.​Key Accountabilities
  • support and enhance sound commercial business decisions
  • Manage budget and forecasting cycles, participate in long-term planning activities, and contribute to overall strategy for the region
  • Develop and manage controls and systems necessary to ensure the revenue, costs, expenses, profit, tax and cash are monitored, controlled and analyzed for variances
  • Oversight and management of the month end reporting and control cycle. Liaising with the
  • Financial Controller to deliver an accurate reporting suite to the HO teams, in accordance with the financial reporting calendar.
  • Manage the financial processes for Türkiye to ensure that all business transactions are accurately and correctly reflected in books of account
  • Manage cash requirements and borrowing levels in the Türkiye region
  • Monitoring compliance to company policies, internal controls and regulations.
  • Manage business risk profile and expansion proposals in a rapidly expanding market environment
  • Identification of risk areas and development of adequate internal audit programme to manage internal business risk
  • Advise on legal structures and requirements supporting growth expansion in Türkiye and surrounding areas
  • Managing the debt collection process through maintenance of adequate systems and controls to minimize outstanding debts
  • Support with development of optimal commercial strategy and be involved in decision making
Key Requirements
  • Accounting Qualification (SMMM, CIMA, CMA or ACCA or equivalent Financial and/or Managerial Accounting)
  • Master’s Degree or MBA
  • 15 years’ financial /management accounting experience
  • Experience working within a multinational company
  • Prior leadership roles managing and developing finance teams/departments
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and US GAAP
Skills and Knowledge ​
  • Working across different geographies and awareness of different cultures
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel (MS Office)
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive process improvements and financial efficiency
  • Comfort with high level decision making
