- Customer visits, visit planning in Turkey and Azerbaijan- 50% of time.
- Technical and commercial negotiations of contracts, orders and service agreements.
- Annual Budget Planning with weekly reporting.
- Increase Sales revenue, finding new markets and new applications. Conducting standard work, e.g. weekly estimates, Sales Force funnel management and customer presentations.
- International co-operation and promoting team initiatives. Independent management of projects and initiatives, incl. technical and commercial preparation with support functions.
- Closure of frame contracts with regional key accounts.
- Implementation of vital price adjustments. Work safely and to align with the company's health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Applying/ conducting for required yearly compliance trainings.
- Fluent in Turkish, English business level with Communication and organizational skills.
- Mechanical or chemical education, bachelor or master's degree is required
- 5 years' experience in filtration in a similar position is preferred.
- Professional experience in field sales, plant or start-up engineer.
- Self-organizing and self-motivating person with willingness to travel. Customer orientated sales professional, able to establish stable contacts to customers and persons at different levels.
- Technical understanding of the chemical, refinery and oil & gas industry.
- Development of key accounts in Turkey with critical thinking and tactical execution.
- Channel Partner support with continuous assessment of channel partners in territory.
- Understanding of the design & function of Pall filter technologies used in Energy+ markets.
- Able to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively to Pall teams and clients. Understand the commercial implications of product selection & design decisions, including risk identification & mitigation.
- Good interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with the ability to embrace change within a busy sales office environment and take ownership of issues until fully resolved.
- Able to work as part of a team while managing own workload to meet deadlines, good attention to detail and appreciation of the basics of project management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Outlook and CRM.
