Identify, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers and manufacturers aligned with Modanisa’s sourcing strategy
Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier capability assessments to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery
Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve sustainable cost advantages and favorable contract terms
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Modanisa’s quality standards, technical requirements, and delivery schedules
Track market trends, competitor activities, and innovations to create new sourcing opportunities
Evaluate supplier performance regularly and implement improvement plans where necessary
Collaborate closely with design, quality control, logistics teams to manage end-to-end sourcing processes
Represent Modanisa at international fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to expand supplier network

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum 4 years of experience in international sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within the textile/fashion retail industry
Solid knowledge of global markets and proven experience in building supplier networks
Strong negotiation, analytical, and result-oriented approach
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is preferred
Willingness to travel internationally
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Effective organizational and time management abilities
Team player with the ability to work across different cultures
Proactive, research-oriented, and solution-driven
