POSITION: GENERAL MANAGERWe are looking for a GENERAL MANAGER for one of the most important production companies has three plants at Turkey that we consult. To continue operating at their high standards, we're seeking a general manager who's a born leader. This person should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human resources, finance, and communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the general manager should be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency.Qualifications
University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering departments
Fluency in English, Turkish knowledge is a mandatory
Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills
Ability to lead teams effectively
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated ability for leading and building organizational capabilities, robust systems and processes and culture of high performance / excellence in production
Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and senior executive presence
Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful management experience
Strong analytical, numerical and communication, presentation skills
High level of energy and self-motivation to manage complex multinational tasks
Advanced level of MS Office Programs is MUST
Experience in using SAP system
Resides in İstanbul-Asian side is preferred
Responsibilities
Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
To know and have experience about occupational health and safety
Ensuring that financial reports are prepared fully and on time
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
Adherent to company standards for excellence and quality
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Seeking opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Ensuring achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
Ensuring agreed service levels are maintained through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales, as well as shared platforms and tools
