QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree in Marketing/Brand Management 5-10 years of experience in FMCG companies Fluency in English, both written and spoken, another language will be considered as a plus Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, Hard-working, multitasking, highly motivated and team player Proficiency in MS Office applications No restriction to travel JOB DESCRIPTION Plan and manage 360° marketing mix of the related brand considering the country's general brand strategy Develop and execute marketing plans based on company's priorities Manage marketing budget and growth targets of the country Conduct market research and evaluate the results to understand the dynamics of the country Coordinate local teams in order to implement marketing activities and campaigns Prepare and present periodical reports
