With a commitment to excellence and cutting-edge technology, we serve a diverse range of industries, delivering unparalleled testing services worldwide.Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our team as an IT Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day Microsoft 365 requests, SharePoint sites, user creation, and more, while also assisting in the management of Dynamics CRM, Azure, security, and identity and access management systems.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Support the administration of SharePoint sites, ensuring proper access controls, content management, and functionality.
Assist in user creation, modification, and deletion within Microsoft 365 environment.
Provide support for Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Support the management of Azure environment, including resource provisioning, security configurations, and monitoring.
Assist in implementing security protocols and measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Support the implementation and maintenance of identity and access management systems, facilitating secure authentication and access management for customer-facing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives, with a focus on security and data protection.
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, assisting in recommending and implementing security enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Up to 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations and systems administration.
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Azure, security, and identity and access management systems.
Familiarity with IT operations processes, including user management, access control, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent, are a plus.
