- Bsc degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Logistics Management or School of Business Administration from a reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of planning experience within usage of BaaN or SAP systems
- Proven Inventory project management experience in planning & MRP activities
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Fluent in both written and spoken Turkish and English
- Thinking broadly about business
- Having strong desire to improve the business and him/her self
- Analytical minded, creative, active team player, excellent communication skilled and flexible
- Prepare short-term, mid-term and long-term production plan & material requirement plans and conformance reports with the optimum usage of avaible company resources
- Take active role in planning of production materials and following up the orders
- Manage production planning activities considering the production efficiency (and any other operational constraint) as well as the customer requirements, thus finding the optimum level in between, with the ultimate aim to maximize production output while minimizing the overall cost
- Ensure the sales order confirmations provided to the customer service team in a timely manner in order to inform the customer on time within the agreed lead times
- Take active role on on-going ERP Improvement Projects
- Regular Capacity Report follow-ups
- Inventory checks & reports on a weekly basis
