- Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to showcase Nobel Biocare solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
- Provide technical support and training to dental professionals to maximize product utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives.
- Represent Nobel Biocare at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
