Job Description:We are looking for a "Sales Operation Analyst" for a leading global information services company. Responsibility; • Define sales processes, including lead& opportunity stages and maintain and improve these processes in Sales Force. • Provide analytical reporting for sales quota planning, sales compensation and configure and administer commissions for the Sales teams • Responsible for reporting to C-Level Executives of the company working together with the Sales and Finance leadership. • Manage different versions of reporting and dashboards for various groups to improve visibility to what's working, what needs improvement • Generate data- driven insight and forecasts for strategic planning and budgeting to meet revenue goals, and work in coordination with the finance and commercial teams to enable alignment for high profitability • Give guidance to the Sales team and govern opportunity management and commercial process
