With bold plans for expansion, including building a dedicated campus and strengthening its international presence, the organisation is poised for its next chapter of growth.We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture Lead to work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape and scale the company's culture, build robust people systems, and lead transformative change initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can translate values into daily behaviours, create processes that thrive at speed, and influence at the highest levels.Key Responsibilities
Leadership & PartnershipLead the People & Culture function, guiding HR and Employer Brand teams, and collaborating closely with founders, the leadership team, and the HR Director.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving alignment and securing buy-in for strategic people initiatives.Culture Building & IntegrationValidate and refine core values with leadership, embedding them into every people process—from hiring and onboarding to performance and leadership development.Facilitate high-impact workshops and transformation sessions to reimagine and scale culture across the organisation.Systems Design & Change ManagementBuild and optimise scalable people systems, including recruitment, performance management, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.Oversee end-to-end delivery of organisational change projects, ensuring adoption and long-term impact.Employer Brand & EngagementStrengthen the employer brand by aligning the internal employee experience with the company's external reputation.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 4 years of team management experience within HR/People functions.9+ years in HR/People leadership roles in high-growth tech, e-commerce, or creative industries.Proven track record of embedding culture into people systems at scale.Strong project and change management capabilities, with experience designing systems from scratch.Comfortable influencing and collaborating with founders and senior leadership.Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.Why This RoleOpportunity to design and lead a culture strategy that will be the foundation of a global-scale organisation.Direct collaboration with founders and a leadership team committed to making people and culture a growth driver.High ownership and autonomy to implement meaningful change.A fast-paced, ambitious environment with strong resources and big goals.Hiring ProcessApplication submissionIntroductory CallSkills InterviewCase Study + InterviewFinal Interview with Leadership TeamWelcome OnboardIf you're ready to build, lead, and make culture impossible to ignore, apply now.
