- Oversee daily workplace operations and maintain a high standard of facility excellence,
- Coordinate with vendors for scheduled and preventative maintenance,
- Act as the main contact with building management on operational matters,
- Respond to employee requests via helpdesk and Slack in a timely manner,
- Manage the reception area as needed, ensuring it remains tidy and professional,
- Welcome and assist interview candidates and visitors; prepare and deliver welcome kits,
- Handle shipping and receiving of all incoming/outgoing mail and packages,
- Build strong relationships across departments to support operational needs,
- Support internal projects such as office moves and seating arrangements,
- Collaborate with EHS and Security teams to uphold a safe work environment,
- Assist with onboarding and orienting new employees to the workplace,
- Help plan and set up internal events and office gatherings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar workplace or facilities coordination role,
- A friendly team player who builds strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners,
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, creative setting and able to anticipate team needs,
- Suitable for flexible working hours,
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, and other collaborative tools is a plus,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.
