Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, especially in retail, fintech, and e-commerce, and managing integrations and long-term partnerships with POS providers and ecosystem players.Your day-to-day will include:- Identify and engage potential strategic partners (e.g. platforms, payment gateways, integrators)- Initiate and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders in target sectors- Managing full partnership cycles - from prospecting to negotiation and go-live- Represent Kaizen Technology in industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem forums- Building and nurturing strategic partnerships that go beyond transactional sales- Lead to shape Kaizen's positioning in new verticals and geographies- Acting as the main point of contact for partners post-onboarding- Working closely with product and marketing to align on partner needs and industry trends- Lead Kaizen Technology's position as a trusted loyalty platform in new verticals- Driving revenue growth through smart, sustainable relationshipsWhat We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or SaaS sales- Experience in software sales, business development, B2B partnerships- Ability to understand technical contexts (e.g. APIs, integrations)- A consultative mindset - solve problems- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.- Based in Istanbul or LondonWhat You'll Get
