Salary: Competitive, with benefits packageROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a guest-focused Barista who is passionate about coffee, tea, and creating exceptional experiences. You will ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, communicate effectively with the service team, and provide personalised service that reflects Hilton’s commitment to excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and build rapport with guests to create memorable first impressions.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks using manual and automatic equipment.
- Prepare and serve quality teas and botanicals with knowledge of flavours and benefits.
- Ensure all dietary requirements, allergies, and modifications are handled with care.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly.
- Train service team members on coffee types, brewing methods, and beverage knowledge.
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally, with support from the Bar Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and presentation of guest and work areas in line with Hilton standards.
- Monitor stock and replenish supplies as needed; maintain barista equipment to the highest standards.
- Keep up to date with coffee trends and brewing techniques.
- Support upselling of coffee, tea, and signature drinks.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar F&D role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, blends, and flavours; latte art skills are an advantage.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Positive team player with flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of POS systems and Hilton barista standards is advantageous.
