- Supervise and lead the bar team, including scheduling, training, and daily task assignments
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to Hilton standards
- Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and timing
- Manage bar inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain stock levels efficiently
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints related to bar service with professionalism
- Assist in the development of bar menus and seasonal drink offerings in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team
- Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks to ensure consistent service excellence
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to local laws and hotel policies
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and service trends
- Proven experience as a bartender, with previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Solid understanding of hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Certification in mixology or bartending
- Experience in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment
- Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems
