- be responsible for your own clear sales strategy, forecast and targets (volume, price, and profit) in alignment with our industry cluster strategy
- sell our products and technical/commercial services based on defined value propositions
- provide technical advice to your customers in collaboration with Borealis' technical experts
- proactively create new business and drive sales volume growth at optimized margins
- manage prices and conditions and conduct negotiations
- collaborate closely with our Application Development Engineers, Marketing and Customer Service departments, and actively contribute to a well-performing team unity
- manage after-sales activities
- collect regional market information in the value chain to build intelligence and communicate to relevant internal stakeholders
- You combine a solid business and sales background with experience in the area of polyolefins (ideally PP and PE in flexible packaging and nonwoven applications).
- We are looking for someone with strong financial literacy and commercial awareness.
- You are a strategic and proactive thinker with high integrity, who is always eager to understand their customers on all levels - e.g. the value chain, their strategies, etc. - and you are able to connect those insights with the value of Borealis products and services.
- Your excellent communication, influencing and networking skills are part of your winning strategy.
- You have used modern CRM tools in the past and are familiar with Excel as well.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish language.
- Since you enjoy being out in the fields and with your customers, you welcome business travel (30-50 %)
